scaling to your job
NZ Forest Pest Management is led by directors Sam Johnston and Jacques Jacobs, who oversee every job from scoping through to completion. Behind that, we draw on a wider network of experienced contractors, so the team on your property scales to match the size and frequency of the work — from a single ground cull on a small block to an ongoing, multi-site programme across several properties.
Every job stays under direct oversight from Sam and Jacques regardless of size, so you get the same standard of work whether it's a one-off job or a long-term service contract. As a contract grows, we bring on the right amount of extra capacity without your service quality changing.
That means we can resource for bigger blocks, tighter timeframes, or recurring seasonal programmes — clients aren't limited by a two-person crew, but they're also not handed off to a name they don't recognise.
